Trust & cash on delivery

Why COD? In Iraq, paying when the parcel is in your hands is the norm. You see the right total before you hand over cash. We confirm order details and delivery windows on WhatsApp so you always know who you’re talking to.

Is my data safe? We use your phone and address to fulfil the order and send relevant updates. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

Payments

Do you take cards? Our default checkout is cash on delivery. Card payments may launch later; any change will be announced on this site.

Which currency? Prices are shown in Iraqi dinar (IQD). You pay the courier in cash at the agreed total.

Delivery

How long does delivery take? It depends on your city, stock location, and courier routing. Your selected city shows an estimated window at checkout when we have one on file.

Can I track my order? After dispatch, our team can share courier updates on WhatsApp. Reference your order number when you message us.

Reviews & customer photos

How do reviews work? After your order is delivered, you can rate each item you bought from a secure link (same order page). Reviews are matched to a verified purchase, so what you read on a product is from real Vieview customers. Optional UGC photos may appear on the product if you share a link in future versions.

Sizing & exchanges

Between sizes? Check the size guide on the product page. Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp with your measurements — we’ll recommend a size before you buy.

Exchanges are handled case-by-case within our shipping & returns policy — start on WhatsApp with your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll confirm if we can swap for the same line in a different size.
