Orders & pricing

Product descriptions, imagery, and prices are presented as accurately as possible. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — we will notify you when practicable.

Cash on delivery

For COD orders, payment is due to the courier upon successful delivery. Refusal of delivery without a valid reason covered in our returns policy may affect future orders.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vieview is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or delayed delivery outside our reasonable control (including courier or weather events).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Vieview's operations in Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
