How Vieview fulfils COD orders across Iraq.
Shipping
Delivery fees are calculated by the city you select at checkout. Fees and any stated ETA are shown before you place your order.
Couriers may call or message before arrival. Please keep your phone reachable and include landmarks or gate codes in the notes field when needed.
Returns & exchanges
Because we sell apparel and accessories, returns are accepted for unworn items with tags attached, in original packaging where applicable, within a reasonable window from delivery. Final eligibility is confirmed by our support team with your order reference.
Exchange in three steps
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a clear photo of the item (tags visible, folded as received).
- Tell us what you need instead (e.g. same product, different size) — we check live stock before we promise a swap.
- If an exchange is approved, we’ll explain how the courier handoff works in your city. If we can’t swap, we’ll outline return or credit options that apply to your case.
For returns (not swaps), the same WhatsApp thread with your order reference is the right place to start — we’ll keep the paper trail with you.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us immediately with photos. We prioritise replacements or refunds for verified issues.
